The purpose of this policy is to define the general rules of conduct and requirements for guests staying at Privát Edzőterem (address: 1067 Budapest, Csengery utca 88.) and using its services.
Privát Edzőterem area may only be used for its intended purpose. The user of Privát Edzőterem shall not violate any applicable legal provisions, regulations, or points of this House Rules.
This Policy may be amended or supplemented by the operator at its discretion, which will be communicated to the guests of Privát Edzőterem by posting the amended policy.

The use of the services implies automatic acceptance of the House Rules!
General rules:
We are responsible for the professional instruction and execution of exercises performed during personal training, but we cannot be held responsible for any other injuries on Privát Edzőterem premises.
Please dispose of plastic bottles in the bins provided.
Everyone is obliged to protect the integrity of the equipment placed on Privát Edzőterem premises, for which everyone is financially responsible!
For the sake of a pleasant stay for all of us, please keep the place clean!
All services, workouts and equipment used are at the risk and responsibility of each guest.
If any guest has a problem with another guest, please report it to your coach and leave it to us to solve the problem.
Rules on monthly passes:
All monthly passes run from the 10th of the month to the 10th of the following month. Cancellations made early (i.e. by 20:00 the day before training) can be rescheduled within the current month if there are any available dates. We are not able to reschedule or compensate for expired sessions from the price of the next month's pass, except for: accident, fracture, muscle tear, illness lasting at least 2 weeks. If the medical report is sent to us in any way, the remaining sessions can be rescheduled. Guests who do not purchase a pass by the 10th of each month are not entitled to use the services.
It is FORBIDDEN in Privát Edzőterem area:
Smoking and alcohol consumption
Any activity that is outside the scope of Privát Edzőterem's services, or that is in violation of the law or public morals, any activity that disturbs others by creating a strong noise, odor or other environmental nuisance. The consumption or abuse of drugs, illicit doping substances, narcotics, or the bringing in of any dangerous substances and/or objects (explosives, pyrotechnics, weapons), beverages of any kind, anywhere on the premises of Privát Edzőterem. Commercial activities, advertising, propaganda, (billboards, wall stickers, or leaflets), audio and visual recordings, illegal gambling, playing music without the permission of the operator.
Only suitably qualified persons, licensed by the operator of the facility, are authorized to hold professional sport activities, seminars, and training sessions in the entire area of Privát Edzőterem.
If, with the guest's consent, the operator prepares or has prepared advertising material (motion pictures or photographs) for any purpose of presenting or propagating its activities or services in the area of Privát Edzőterem and any guest may appear on such material, the guest may not make any claims against the operator in connection with the appearance of the guest on the advertising material.
In case of misconduct (violation of the rules of these policies or of the generally accepted rules of conduct), the offender will be warned. If this does not lead to any result, the operator is entitled to ask the guest to leave or to exclude him/her from the membership temporarily or permanently. The operator is entitled to request the assistance of the police or other authorities in cases that exceed the operator's authority to act, and all parties concerned must cooperate with the police or other authorities as instructed. An expelled guest who is in breach of the rules may not make any claim against the operator.
In the Privát Edzőterem area, all guests are required to maintain order and cleanliness, and respect for other guests. Respectful and civilized behavior is a basic expectation.
Privát Edzőterem is not liable for any damage to persons or property on its premises, if it is caused by non-compliance with the House Rules or by irresponsible behavior of the guests, as well as for lost or stolen objects and equipment.
Rules on designated areas for training:
Do not disturb others during exercise. This sport requires a high level of concentration, loss of concentration can result in an accident!
Throwing weights and other objects is FORBIDDEN!
Bringing food into the training area is FORBIDDEN!
Please use the magnesium only for exercises where slip prevention is essential. We also ask you to take extra care not to spread the magnesium on the ground or on the equipment during application.
I am not visiting the facility when I am ill, and I declare that I have no known illness that could hinder my activities or be dangerous to others!
You must wear suitable sports clothing to train in the gym. For hygiene reasons, the use of street shoes of any kind is FORBIDDEN!
Bags, jackets, and other equipment not necessary for training are FORBIDDEN to be brought into the training area due to the risk of accidents.
The use of towels is obligatory when using certain equipment (e.g. benches)!
Rules for changing rooms and toilet/bathroom facilities:
Each guest is required to leave a bar card with his/her name on it in the locker key box.
Privát Edzőterem is not responsible in any way for items left in its areas or locker rooms.
When leaving, please empty the locker and leave the door locked.
Please report any problems you notice in the bathrooms for repair as soon as possible (blockages, dirt).
The fittings and equipment in the bathroom must be used for their intended purpose only, and it is forbidden to throw or dispose of garbage, waste (e.g. rags, sanitary pads, hand towels) or hazardous substances in the drains or toilets.
The use of the shower and the hairdryer is included in the price of the passes.
