Calisthenics


With callisthenics, you not only build endurance but muscle as well. With this method, you will perform movements that will be familiar from everyday life.

Bodybuilding - Body-shaping


Various sports incorporate it. It consists of isolation and compound exercises. This type of training is the ideal choice for those who want to increase muscle mass and lose weight.

Functional training


In contrast to the classical isolation exercises where the muscles are loaded individually, functional training bases its exercises on the fundamental human movements. When training, you will use kettlebells, TRX, barbell and exercises borrowed from callisthenics.

TRX training


The TRX equipment gives the opportunity to perform high-quality exercises. This suspension training device helps strengthen the core and improve stability.

Corrective Exercise


Many types of joint pain caused by postural problems can be eliminated with targeted corrective exercise. The training includes smr techniques, stretching, analytical and functional exercises.
